Want to whip up a tasty, healthy treat your family will love? Want it to only take 5-7 minutes? Then this is the recipe for you! It's low in sugar, high in omega-3's, and perfect as pudding or as a dip.
Ingredients:
2 avocados
1/2 ripe banana
1/2 cup evaporated cane sugar
3/4 cup unsweetened coconut milk
1/2 cup unsweetened powdered cocoa
1 tsp. sea salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. cinnamon (optional)
Blend all ingredients in food processor or blender for 3-4 minutes until light and fluffy. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
