Today, I'd like to take a few minutes of your time to talk about Dickinson's Witch Hazel Oil Controlling Towelettes. I received this product because I'm a member of Influenster. I received what they call the "Sugar 'n Spice Vox Box". It included many samples, but today I'm putting the spotlight on this product.
I've always been a fan of beauty and personal use products that are natural or homeopathic. I drink tea before I pop pills. I use natural oils on my face before synthetic products. So, I was happy to see these towelettes as part of my samples.
Dickinson's Witch Hazel has been around since 1866. It's such a simple, basic astringent that is gentle. I use it when I first wake up in the morning to refreshen my face and prep it for moisturizer and day make-up. It feels great! My daughter loves using it, too (as the video below shows!)
Furthermore, I prefer to use this for cuts and scrapes before using something like Neosporin or Bactine. It cleans wounds well and doesn't sting.
Some users have commented on the bad scent. But I actually love it! I love when products don't have those manufactured scents.
Overall, I highly recommended this product! Dickinson's Witch Hazel Oil Controlling Towelettes also come in liquid form, too. To the first three readers who comment on this post, I will send you a $2.00 off coupon for this product. No shipping charges! I recently checked Walgreen's online site and the towelettes were on sale for $4.49. So, with the coupon, they can be yours for only $2.49!!
