It's still summer, right? When eMeals offered up some tempting popsicle recipes, I couldn't resist this one for watermelon. Although I am not a huge fan, my kids look forward to summer and slice after slice of watermelon. The best part is these are pain-free and easy to make!
All you will need are popsicle molds. These are readily available at Target and other stores.
Simple Watermelon Pops
Ingredients:
4 cups watermelon, seeds removed, cubed
Directions:
Puree Watermelon in a blender. Pour into
your choice of mold and freeze until hardened.

Sounds delicious and totally pinned to try. Thanks Meg!!
