Are you familiar with Klean Kanteen? It's one of the original companies that introduced consumers to stainless steel water bottles and other containers. I have been a fan since I was able to use their classic 12 ounce water bottle with a sippy cup tip, then change to a sports cap as my children got older. It is great at keeping beverages cold, a real plus (especially if you are toting milk in the bottle).
All their products are made from 18/8 stainless steel, contain no BPA (a lining commonly found in lesser quality aluminum and plastic bottles), as well as offering a lifetime warranty.
All three of my children have a Klean Kanteen and I take them everywhere: running errands, on trips, in school lunches. I keep them refilled and handy on the counter for quick water breaks.
