Creamy Dijon Yogurt Dressing

I LOVE Ranch dressing, but let's face it, it is high in fat and calories.  While I indulge sometimes, I do like to have an option that is lower in calories.  Trying to find a good option that isn't filled with preservatives and artificial flavors in the dressing aisle is near to impossible.  Or, if you do find one, it is almost $5 a bottle.

So, I came up with a SUPER easy, no excuses salad dressing that I like.  Best party, 2 ingredients. No joke. Boom, you're done.

Creamy Dijon Salad Dressing
1/2 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt (I go organic and love Stonyfield Farms)
1/2-2 tbl. dijon mustard (you can get the smooth version of the stone ground/seedy version)
1.5 tsp stevia crystals (optional: add if you like a touch of sweetness!)
Calories per tablespoon:  10 calories!

Blend well all ingredients.  Start with 1/2 tbl of the mustard and blend; test taste.  Gradually add more, depending on your preference.  It can get spicy fast, so do it gradually!  Perfect as a salad dressing or dip for veggies.
